Facebook said that around 8.7% of its total users are bogus, out of that 8.7% 2.4 are misclassified user 4.8 are having duplicate accounts and 1.5% are spammers. The figure which is stated above is quite higher than the previous estimations done by the company

The Company is banning 20k accounts everyday and further estimates to ban around 60000 accounts which will further downgrade the active user to 872 million from 955 million users of Facebook.
